Pip-Boy 3rd person arm texture gone

Here's my issue. I was fiddling with some mods and messed up abit so they were deleted. However, i started on my savegame and it said that some content is not longer available, hmm i thought.

 

The result is this:

The pipboy is missing from the arm, and when i use a weapon etc its textures are pink.
What have i done?
