Load order assistance!

Games running semi ok, but i get the occasional crash still and as of now i have a Whiterun save just after the graybeard calling that's crashing in the market.

I figure its likely load order, maybe a memory limit but i dont think so. Just want to make sure my load order is ok.

 

I used LOOT and then manually moved things that needed moving (in my opinion and the advice of guides)
