Sordid
Hi everyone. The running (not sprinting) animation in towns, i.e. areas where your stamina doesn't decrease, is different than in areas where you can encounter enemies. In towns your character runs normally, everywhere else he/she moves with this weird, slightly sideways creep. It took me a while to notice it but now that I have it's increasingly starting to bother me. I'm wondering if it would be possible to replace the latter with the former. I have no idea how difficult it would be to mod, or if it's even possible, but I'd greatly appreciate it if someone more knowledgeable and skilled took a stab at it. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Edited January 22, 2016 by Sordid

Sordid
Oh very cool! I didn't know that. Thanks for the info. Still, a proper mod that doesn't need to be turned on every time would be greatly appreciated. Plus the CE method also changes the running animation during combat, and since the casual running animation is faster, it's basically a cheat that allows you to evade attacks easier than you're supposed to. I don't mind a bit of a speed cheat when exploring but I'm loath to use this when it gives an actual advantage in combat.
