Combine cutest savegames/faces and overwrite presets?

Hello.

 

So, there are many pretty faces in savegames here on the nexus. I saw that one guy made a face preset, which overwrites the preset 15 ingame.

 

While faceripper is a very cool programm, presets would be more convinient.

I would like to see the 15 most endorsed savegame faces (female of course, male is ok but i dont really care :D ) combined in a mod, to overwrite the vanilla presets.

 

Should be possible?
