This is AlienSlof's Giger Armor in most parts, and Lady Slof is almost exclusively modding for the male body. I don't know if it is allowed to link to sites with adult content here, but if you go to her webpage "www.slofslair.co.uk", you will find it among her Oblivion mods quite quickly.
