Deanleroy
Hey guys, I have a combination of mods running for settlement crafting, and I ran into an issue a couple times over the last couple weeks. Before, all coffee tables and stuff were nowhere to be found in the crafting menu. I added a couple of other mods and now my coffee tables are back, but I cant craft lights. Is there any easy way to fix this, or should I just be messing around with my mods trying to make something happen? Maybe someone has experienced this and has a simple-ish fix for it. Thanks guys, cheers.

Thanks guys, cheers.there is currently a limit to the amount of objects you can have in the crafting menus depending on your load order you will not be able to see some objects in the menutake a look at this for more infoThe formlist cap bug is caused by the accumulation of menu category keywords. There is a hard cap on how many of these keywords can be loaded into the game. Because of this all of us modders have to wisely use these keywords with an eye to how it will effect everybody else. That is why you've seen a large amount of co-operation between modders moving from the use of menu category keywords in their own mods to using menu category keywords contained in shared modders resources like Settlement Keywords (SK) and Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR). This is a great start, but there is two things that need to happen still to fix this issue. First, modders with big mods that could use these resources need to go all in and update their mods to use the shared keywords. Modders need to understand that making a compatibility patch for your mod to use these resources is a purely cosmetic change. There is no drop in your menu category keywords footprint unless you integrate those changes into your main plugin and delete your own menu category keywords from your mod. I've done the testing. Mod users need to understand that using a Settlement Keywords patch for Homemaker, Robot Home Defense, or Snap 'n Build will not reduce your menu category keywords count. All the patches are doing is moving items from one menu to another, all the menus still exist whether they are being used or not. Second, modders with smaller mods, specifically outfit creators need to contribute to the solution by no longer creating a new menu category keyword for their mods. Modders need to understand that one new menu category keyword from each new outfit mod adds up, and frankly no matter how awesome your outfit is, in the current situation it doesn't merit having it's own menu category. You need to either make your outfit craftable at the Chemistry station under Utility or you need to start using AWKCR for your crafting stations.I have the same problem... U loose all content.. moders are usless ! .. reall, if the cant do a simple thing they should stop modding'Have a number of mods.. and really none of them work.. installed with NMM .. which is fukin usless!!!!!Suck and tired of re-doing fukin quests over an over again !! fukin shits anyone !dont blame the modders blame Bethesda for making us do workarounds to install mods that are made prior to the geck coming out if your having trouble with getting mods to work mods give this a try http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/102/?in the settings make sure invalidate archives and enable plugins are selected (they will be light blue if they are) Edited January 22, 2016 by moddinggamer66
Deanleroy
Thanks a lot dude. It just happened that I have too many of them installed. I took off a couple mods and now I can use ceiling lights instead of candles again. I appreciate the knowledge. Its my first month ever modding a game, so Anything helps.
