Vats Mod

Hi everyone, how's it going? I was thinking about Vats attacks and was wondering if this would be possible.

 

Vats attacks use up ap points and they fire usually 1, 2, or 3 bullets for each vats attack. Would it be possible to change the number of bullets used so you when you attack, your weapon clip is emptied? So instead of a 10mm pistol using 20 ap points, change it to something like 50 and when you use Vats attack, your character would then unload the entire clip into the enemy. I realize this already happens in the normal game, but you end up using 3, 4 or more vats attacks to do it. What I'm thinking is doing it all at once, so your Vats attacks become something epic, similar to FF7 Limit Breaks. This would also make it so vats can still be used, but you can't really play the entire game by just vats because it uses up more ap points. If it's possible, then make like small caliber weapons like pistols 40-45 ap points, rifles 50-60 ap points, automatic rifles 65-75, shotguns 80-90 so on. Just curious if this could be possible and how to do it. Thanks again.
