Unarmed Weapon Glove "Fix"

I find it insanely irritating that when you equip unarmed weapons like brass/spiked knuckles they un-equip the right hand glove but not the left. Looking for a mod that either removes both gloves or leaves them both equipped. (Later being the prefered option.)
