Problem when starting New Game

I have a problem (that's probably caused by mods) when I start a new game. I just recently reinstalled Oblivion, and decided to get some mods. I have a few big mods (OOO, MMM, Deadly Reflex) and a dozen or so little mods (+5 Attribute Modifiers and such like). Anyways, When I start a new game, I make a character and stuff, and then when I'm in the prison cell, I'm like halfway in the ground. In the third-person view, however, My character looks perfectly normal. I can't move or anything. I tried disabling any mod that might be doing this, but nothing worked. It's probably because of some mod conflict or something, but maybe it's a bug that other people have experienced. Any help would be appreciated.

When you find your character misplaced, i.e. too high, too low, off to the left or right, etc. it is normally caused by a faulty animation and/or a faulty skeleton. I would suggest looking at any animation mods and replace your skeleton with the correct skeleton for your mods. deadly reflex has some skeleton issues but there are skeleton fix mods such as here you could try.
