No keyboard or mouse input

So, I added these mods to New Vegas using FOMM, I ran FNVEditMasterUpdate, and then I restarted FOMM and sorted the load order, and now the game wont produce any menu. I don't have a gamepad attached to the computer. I don't know if there's some way that gamepad input has been detected. I've received no popup asking saying that keyboard or mouse input has been disabled. The game starts just fine, but the load screens scroll with no menu ever coming up. I can't force the menu with any keyboard or mouse input. The only keyboard command that responds is Ctrl-Alt-Delete, at which point the game crashes. I'm using Win 7 Home Premuim and my load order is:

Sucks even more because the wife and kiddo are out of town, and I was supposed to have a dork day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have a 360 controller? mine turned itself on without my knowing it and turned off my mouse/keyboard

No. It wasn't a controller. I don't have one anywhere near the computer. It turned out to be a conflict somewhere between CaliberX and Book of Earache. I don't know exactly what the deal is, but after disabling just about everything and then bringing it back up, one by one, things sorted themselves out.
