Load order seems correct, but doesn't work

So, Fallout 3 worked yesterday, and I installed some mods today, and it doesn't work anymore; FO3 crashes at the main menu, the mouse never shows up. FO3Edit didn't help at all, you can see 'My Merged Patch' at the bottom of my load order:

Any ideas why it isn't working?

 

UPDATE:

I disabled all EVE esp's and esm's, and I was able to run it just fine. I installed the FWE - EVE FOIP merge patches, but I guess they don't work. Any ideas?

 

ANOTHER UPDATE: I unchecked the EVE - FWE FOIP merge patches and it worked fine. My guess is that the FOIP patches don't work because EVE is now 097 instead of the FOIP ver. of 096.

Yeah, you need to use 096 with the important update to work properly with FWE and the FOIP.

The 096 version doesn't have the EVE.esm, just an esp.
