Well, this is odd: Preston locked in loop, unable to continue Minutemen rebuilding

So, I was playing my heavily modded Fallout 4 when I decided to go to Preston and tried to activate a Minutemen Quest. I've tried playing said game with and without the 'no settlements attack' mod with no avail. :( Hell he even vanished too and was forced to use the 'to me' command...
