In all honestly I can't see what your screenshots are supposed to be showing. You should NEVER take screenshots of anything you want people to see at night, especially if there is something wrong with it. I'm not going to take the time to change the brightness and contrast in your images, or reconfigure my video settings, and I wouldn't expect anyone else to do the same. As the skeleton of a NPC can't be changed like the meshes, you will have to have anything you want to work on humans weighted to work with humans. Since what you're trying to do has 4 arms, with attached weapons, there will be significant problems without alot of changes to the actual mesh.
