I cant seem to figure out what armor that is after looking at the vanilla game and mods

Not much success in finding the actual outfit. I tried. It's almost certainly a private custom outfit.

I think i somewhat figured it out, still dont know where the jacket came from. The ammo belt and holster came from one mod i figured out, and what hes wearing under the coat is some kind of ranger outfit the jacket tho, someone made another character with a brown version im looking in this guy's load order, but no luck thus far.
