GUI menu is blank for both friendly hud and immersive cam....

I have uninstalled the game twice now, started from scratch, and I am unable to figure out what the problem is....I only have two mods installed, immersive cam, and the friendly hud. I have followed all the instructions, and have no script errors when I run script merger. I have tried installing via NMM, and also doing everything manually, and I get the same result. I have screenshots, but I'm not sure how to attach them here....

The issue is that the GUI menu for immersive cam and friendly hud is blank, at the game menu. I can click on the blank portion (which should say "mods"), and then get to various settings, but the titles are blank too....I have completed steps 1-7, copied the bin to the proper folder, placed the user and input settings at the beginnings of the proper files, etc.

If anyone has a fix, or something I can check, please let me know. I am posting this to the immersive cam mod as well, since neither mod's GUI is showing up. Hopefully someone can point out what I am doing wrong. Previously, before the 1.12 update, these were both working fine, and the GUI menu was showing up. It was only after I uninstalled Witcher 3, reinstalled, and then installed these two mods that I am having the issue.To reiterate, I have completely uninstalled the witcher 3 twice, to verify I'm starting with a fresh version 1.12, and only installed these two mods, and have blank in game menu gui's for the friendly hud, and immersive cam option menus. The place where it should show "mods" as a clickable option that takes you to the "friendly hud" and "immersive cam" options are just blank spots. I can click them, and that takes me to other clickable blanks, and eventually I get to the various options, but obviously I don't know what I am clicking. Very frustrating. Hopefully someone can point out what I'm doing wrong.
