CRB5 Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 Necro post reply here, but I'm having the same problem. I think it's tied to one of the ai spawns and could be complicated by IWS in your case. I've use the console commands tai and tcai to explore the area for what it has to offer and think it might be tied to the enclave soldiers if not the raider bosses.
