BrethrenSlayer
I was thinking it would be interesting to have a mod that places some underwater caves with the entrances in the deepest parts of the various parts of water. also, you could have an Argonian city and maybe have it be the home of an Argonian resistance movement with a quest to kill the count of leyawiin. maybe you could be tipped of to the location of some of these caves after doing the "Go Fish" quest

Combine that with a very limited range of creatures you could put inside those caves, and as cool as the idea may seem, there really isn't much you can actually do with it. As for the whole argonian thing, there is already a modding team trying to make the black marsh areas. While that wouldn't necessarily afffect the whole quest idea, there are other matters; like them being totally unable to kill the count due to his required part in a number of quests, which would ruin one half of things. The other half would probably require editing of the count to have him send you on the quest, which would also create conflicts.
WaffleWaffle789789
I think the Argonian quest would be OK if you were trying to stop the resistance movement from killing the Count.

It's just a GetIsID check on the count for the dialogue, you don't edit him in any way. I do it all the time.
cyronarxes
also, you could have an Argonian city and maybe have it be the home of an Argonian resistance movement with a quest to kill the count of leyawiin. Why would there be an "Argonian Resistance" and more importantly why would there be a "Argonian city" in Cyrodil  . This is Cyrodil, home of the Imperials. Besides, Evil argonians are a defensive type and never leave there swampy homeland. Why I like and support the idea of underwater caves, I think you may have to scratch the idea of a "Argonian city"

Why I like and support the idea of underwater caves, I think you may have to scratch the idea of a "Argonian city" I guess im a bit lore ignorant. I got the idea for the Argonian resistance when one of the characters in Leyawiin said something about the Kahjiit had to get over the loss of their land. i figured part of the Leyawiin area had been annexed from Black Marsh as well. Also because I noticed how easy it is to hide from NPCs deep underwater with some kind of water-breathing enchantment.

True about the creatures, ive only seen slaughterfish and clams underwater. I thought for sure i would get eaten by a giant sea serpent when i swam out into Topal Bay but no.Maybe you have to go through a sump to arrive in an area that has air kept fresh by some magical means. Black Marsh mod! very cool!ok, maybe scratch the resistance movement idea and make it argonian bandits.
Aoshima_Michio
Sorry about thread necromancy and my bad english. I didn't want make new thread since we have similiar already here. So, instead making argonian city somewhere how about underwater city to bottom of sea inhabitet new race with waterbreathing ability, like sea-elves? While located far away on sea odds for mod conflict is near zero. Diving combined with very bright nighteye shader makes underwater places look beautiful. Sounds good, right?
