Thandal Posted April 22, 2011 Share Posted April 22, 2011 Well, there are three choices, depending on what you're willing/able to do. 1) Uninstall completely and reinstall up to patch 1.03. You won't be able to play GoA or WH, and if you don't already have a stand-alone version of it you'll need to find 1.03 somewhere else since BioWare only has the most recent patch available on its website. 2) Same as above, then determine which .gda files cover the spells, (maybe just the ones that matter for your particular Mage-type) extract them to somewhere safe, patch to 1.04, repackage/replace the .gda(s) in the appropriate .erf(s). 3) Determine exactly which spells have changes you don't like and which .gda files contain them, extract BOTH sets of .gda(s), (1.03 and 1.04) open them in the gda editor to compare values, change the 1.04 set to reflect the values you like, repackage/replace the modified .gda(s) in the appropriate .erf(s).
