My unenchanted shield/weapons/torches glow white when im under the effects of a spell (Soul Trap for example) or when i cast a spell on myself, my ears mouth and eyes also glow. This also applies to other NPCs. Is there any way of solving this without a reinstall? My oblivion disc is a "bit" scratched and my comp cant read it anymore.
