2 issues, not sure if connected, but might be.

I have 2 issues in my game. I use Mod Organizer, and I can change my load order fairly easily. I started a new game, and first thing I noticed was some graphic glitches. It was as if the meshes, or textures, weren't blending. The second issue is that I can't loot bodies or containers. I am thinking that these two are connected, somehow. My plugins are listed in the spoiler. I still have mods to install. If someone can point me in the right direction, I can take it from there.

I have a few texture mods also installed.

 

*Edit* I have solved my texture problem. It was one of the water mods, or even the interior fog one. The container looting is still an issue. I know one of the mods has a bug where you can't loot containers. I'm trying to remember which one,
