[Request] Female Muscle Cuirass

There's been one mod I've been dying to get for years now.

 

In the vanilla game, when you get a Silver Chestplate and put it on a male, it looks like a cool muscle cuirass. Very neat. On a female, however, it turns into... a bikini top? Why? I'm not asking to take away fanservice, I'm fine with it, but some armor that accentuates the female form while also looking somewhat practical in combat would be nice. I know, I know, "boob armor" isn't very practical, but it does look a whole lot better than a bikini top.

 

If somebody could reskin the Silver Chestplate for the female body to be a form-fitting muscle cuirass, you would be... well, just aces.

That more than likely is not possible as the texture is only big enough for what it wanted so adding onto it will not do much. At most it would go down far enough to cover the ribs if at all, but not your belly. Replacing it with the male's silver chestplate also would not work as it was designed for males. It would break or glitch.

As far as I'm concerned this is the reality of it. I've spent the past few days editing the textures and learning our limits and from what I can tell if you're wearing the equipment when you save, exit, edit the texture, then re-open the game then the game will more than likely break and need to be redownloaded. If not that, replacing a texture with texture from another set of armor will give the same result. I replaced a chestguard top with a chimera top and at first it worked, but when I saved, exited and re-opened DD it broke and needed reinstalling.

Recoloring is absolutely possible with everything. Redrawing what's in the textures, what's given to us without adding anything past the original size of the image is possible (like adding tattoo's below a pair of underwear). Not much else is unfortunately. Then again I'm no expert. Someone who know's what they're doing might be able to get something to work out. In the meantime when I remember I can check this out for you, but yeah...
