SirTwist
I have a large number of mods in my list, and I would like to reduce them down, if possible. And I would like a few definitive, all-in-one, mods.1) Settlement mod that include basically everything from SSex, Homemaker, Alternate Settlements, and even OC Decorator. This one singular mod will NOT require me to have settlement keywords anywhere in my mod list. It should be built into the mod well enough that it won't show on my list of mods. It could be made into a .esm with the mod's name on it, and include and .esm's in it. And the setters to sleep two to a bed if there is a bunk bed, or at least a queen sized bed. (Except the one for the PC, and that should be a unique bed,)2) A mod that shuts Garvey, and Freedom Radio, up, and also automatically win with defenses out of this world. I don't want to have to talk to Garvey except to get more settlements, the castle, and the artillery. That is all I want to hear from him. Any defensive action, he takes care of, as well as my defenses. The radio only states that a settlement has taken care of itself, successfully, and whether or not the artillery can reach me. I also want the invulnerable, self-powering, turrets in there.3) An overhaul of the settlers. I want the settlers to all have a random name with their job beneath it to show up when I am looking at them. I want them to dump all of their stuff into, using the vanilla game, the workshop, and picking up new clothes and armor from the armor bench, weapons from the weapons' bench. In a more modded game, this can be changed out to an armory bench. Also, I want to put up, somewhere, a list of all settlers, and if they have a job, or not. The jobs will be listed beside the name. If a provisioner, then the track where they are going. When a settler first comes in, they also help clean the place up, fix things, build things, or even paints the walls. At least something to make the settlement better. The junk station is fine, but I would like to add another station where there are guard settlers, and a scavenger team go out, and scavenge around the settlement. They are given a range, and a radio. There would a limit as to where they would go. This would be, possibly, from say Sanctuary Hills up to Vault 111. Not inside, but that area. Red Rocket would be around Concord. Keeping that clear. And so on.4) A revamp of the weapons. Getting rid of the pipe weapons, is the first thing I would like. Or they should have a a 50% chance of blowing up in your face. Mods or no mods. I would like to see a a change to the combat rifle, and the assault rifle. The combat rifle could be a variation on the BAR rifle from WWII, or something else. The assault rifle should be split between either an M-14, M-16, or even an M-4; and either an AK-47, or something similar to it. I also want a M1911A1 pistol. I want also variations of the submachine guns. A 10mm one would work. A couple more sniper rifles, as well. A modification to the mini gun would work, as well. I want, as a modification, a backpack that would "lighten" the weapon, as well as a monocle sight that would give the user a "scoped" effect. This mod wouldn't just be limited to the 5mm one, but also the laser and plasma ones. Oh, an Uzi would be a nice addition to the submachine guns, as well.5) I like the armor from Fallout 3/NV. I also like the armor parts in 4. I want something that combines it all. the vault suits would be nice, but aren't combat suits. What I am thinking of is a a variation of the suit that Maxson wears. This would be a "combat" suit. It can be modded in a few ways. The suit itself has a base protection level. Adding an over layer would do one of a few things, all of which changes the damage resistance. This wouldn't be the ballistic lining that the Railroad gives. Rather, it is an addition to the suit to do what it needs to. Sort of like the paint on power armor. However, it affects all the resistance. One is a "heavy" overlay, that buffs, if you will, all the damage resistance. Another helps with stealth. Another would help with movement, like an exoskeleton. And so on. The under layer has different properties. But also adds some damage resistance. Some would add just damage resistance overall, some would help with poison resistance, things like that. There there is the actual armor pieces. They can be vanilla game ones, but also add to the DR of the combat suit.6) Pockets, bags, even backpacks. There are mods out there that can add to my carry weight. Personally, I'm a fan of "unlimited" carry weight. But I would like say a pouch that hangs off the chest armor piece that adds to my carry weight. (In addition to the pocketed and deep pockets of the piece itself.) To a backpack that I could wear that would bear the weight of a lot of stuff. Then inside, it could hold everything, including that kitchen sink you are dying to carry.7) Power armor. This needs an overhaul. I am thinking the the T-45 should be something like the first Iron Man suit. The T-50 should be the first Red and Gold one, the T-60 the second movie. The X-01 the last one, where the parts can fly any where, and protect others, and yourself, if need be. And all powered, initially, by fusion cores, but switched out, as part of the nuclear physicist perk, to the arc reactor. Also, unlimited flight capacity.8) Once you clear a place out, it stays that way. A new group doesn't just move back in. They might come in, see all their cronies in little teeny tiny pieces, and scamper off. Except for the ghouls. However, this next part will even clear them out. As you make more friends, and settlements, the Minutemen, BoS, Institute, and even the Railroad, goes in where you have cleared, and keep it that way for you, including ghouls, mirelurks, etc. They even clean it up if it's meant to be a store, and set it up so you can walk in and buy stuff there.9) A mod to change Proctor Teegan's radiant quests where he gives you caps to buy the food for the BoS from your settlements. He won't force you to steal, or kill you, for the crops.10) The ability to fully strip the power armor off of enemies.11) An alternate fast travel option. Such as flying in a verti-bird, or using my Iron Man mod for power armor, vehicles, or something along the lines. Some thing I get in, or on, and set a destination, and I go from point A to point B without harm. Basically an alternate to the magic travel. Wow, that is a list. I have more, but I am probably not the only one that would like these mods.
SirTwist
I forgot something on the power armor. The arms can be modded to add in weapons, like a mini gun, gatling lasers, or even gatling plasma. No need to carry those around, just put your arm up and shoot. For more devastating effect, add in explosive rounds on the mini guns, and even both arms.
