[REQ] Stun Pistol

Well my request might not be simple,but Im looking for a Non-lethal energy weapon, like a long range taser, One that shoots small bolts of eletricity to incapacitate enemies in a non-lethal fasion such as paralyzing them,and knocking them down and dealing perception damage so they cant detect you.The idea came cause I wanted to make a energy weapon character,but also wanted to add the twist of making them a pacifist and so they cannot kill.at least not when it possible it escape otherwise.What im looking for is a single shot,breech loaded energy pistol that fires small electric projectiles that incapacitate without killing on impact using small energy cells.

I had a pretty similiar idea. Mine though was more centred on a whole new subset of energy weapons - Tesla Weapons. The pistol in particular would work much like your stun gun.

Of course my idea's in regards to a new faction I'm trying to create as well. Wanted them to have their own weapons to stand out from the others.

 

Anyway, I believe there might be some issues with non-lethal weapons last time I heard, but I'm not quite sure if this is true.
