Mutating killer idea

How about a mod where you hunt for a killer who is mutating.

 

Possibly a man or woman who through some kind of biological,chemical and or genetic comtimination is constantly mutating.

Either developing various esp powers or turning into a monster...attacking people for either blood,hatred,fear or mindlessness.

Could be invulnerable to certain weapons...energy weapons and bullet firers.

But can be harmedd by chemicals or fire.

Plus it can be breed.

Could be developed into its own story arc.

Say the family of the creature want him healed the NCR want it killed.
