It is hard to understand your questions and I think It would be hard for you to understand the linked tutorial. What is your native language? Not all of us have english as our first language. Maybe someone can help you in your own language.

i know some german but i am not good at it. i am from sweden myself and many words are similar so as long as i can answer in english i may be able to help.

 

how well can you read english? can you read and understand the tutorials?

uh if i got that right, you want an npc to do something, but not before you've talked to him, right?

you could try with begin onActivate or begin onSayToDone maybe...?

or if you're using conditions, you could get something like IsTalking or IsTalkingActivatorActor?

or you could use a variable and set it to 1 once you've talked to the npc...?

i'm not sure if i am getting your problem, but if you're having problems with your english, ich spreche fliessend deutsch et un peu de francais, kann es Dir also auch gerne in einer anderen sprache erklaeren.

don't know if i can help though, cause i've been modding for no more than about a month myself, but i can easily translate your question as well as the answers (but keep it short please, don't want to spend the whole evening translating)... :-)
