Alright i've been thinking of this mod for some while now and i'm not skilled enough to make it my own (im not really into moding myself) , It's about how you get bounty when you kill/attack a guard and then suddenly every guard around knows it was you , Is it possible to make a mod when you kill a alone guard and if theres no guard in the area you don't get bounty and no guard knows you did it?Or it's really hard to explain i just want to make the game as realistic as possible , I mean that if i see a imperial partol guy in the wilderness all alone , And i kill him , Then every guard in every city acctuly know that it was you and so on . So tell me is it possible? Yeh yeh i know it sounds pretty noobish

edit: Now i remember , I mean that i can kill a guard and if nobody sees i dont get bounty

"No Psychic Guards" may do this. Don't use it myself, so I wouldn't know for sure.

I don't think that would solve it. You get a bounty from killing guards not because of any sort of scripting state, but because it's a hard coded part to anything which is the guard class. Since guards are the guard class, they can register any crimes you may commit against them instantly. While it doesn't make much sense on a realistic level, Bethsoft didn't seem too concerned with it to make exceptions if the NPC is killed right away. You might be able to get around it by adding an additional bit of scripting to every guard in the game to reduce bounty upon death, but controlling it to happen only in cases where the guard is alone would be a real problem, and probably isn't worth trying. If it seems that unfair to you, there is nothing too wrong with using console to fix it.

Thanks for the anser. Yes i know i can use the console to fix it but it seems kinda silly and i try not to use the ocnsole so much since it ruins a bit of the rp. Thanks again

Well, the only other solution would be to attach a bit of scripting to every single guard NPC, and figuring out how to have it trigger only when the player has committed a crime against that NPC, then adjusting the crime that way. The only problem is that there would be no way to determine if the guard was alone at that time, so it could be exploited by the player. The best solution is really just not go around killing guards... However fun it eventually proves hazardous for anyone else in the city. Most town NPCs in general weren't really meant to be killed without some negative result as there aren't many NPCs which aren't either involved in a quest, a guild, or run a shop, and most those that are fodder characters don't have anything of value. If you're bored, go find some raiders or something.

Yes yes i never really kill guards , I think more like , If i try to escape from jail sometime and then i kill the stupid guard walking down there every guard comes it turnes out to be a killing spree rather then a jail break, And yeah i know there's a lot of npc to kill in the game but they don't respawn

There are two great mods that do this. I'm not sure if they are 100% compatible, but I use them together. They are Attack and Hide, and Ren's Guard Overhaul.
