Weapon Realism Overhaul

I may or may not attempt to do this myself, but if I don't then I wanted to throw this out there. In short, I'd like to see FO4's weapons re-balanced for a more realistic play style. I like a lot of the system we have now, but it's more fit for an RPG, not a realistic FPS. This idea will cut some of the RPG elements, it's really meant to increase the immersion of a realistic survival play-through.

1) Same ammo, same damage - how powerful a gun is depends on the type of cartridge it's shooting. It makes no sense when a pipe rifle does more damage than a pipe pistol when they both use the same friggin' cartridge. The same goes for the Tommy gun (sub-machine gun) and the combat rifle. Same ammo=same damage. The most a rifle will have over a pistol is an increase in accuracy and range. That's it. Base damage off the cartridge, not the gun.

2) Have advantages for different types of guns - pistols are smaller and lighter, so you could run faster while aiming and still deliver the same damage as a rifle with the same cartridge. Rifles are more accurate and easier to handle. Self explanatory there.

3) No automatic reloads - you shoot until the gun goes click. It really adds a layer of immersion when you have to think about reloading instead of it being done for you. Also no magical free reloads when switching weapons.

4) Different ammo types - HP does more damage due to rapid expansion of the bullet but doesn't penetrate armor as well. FMJ with a metal core has excellent AP capabilities, but doesn't expand like HPs do. NV did this and it was awesome. Why not FO4 too?

5) Guns do max damage right away - no more gunslinger, etc. perks that give you extra damage for certain firearms OR mods that increase it as well. This is a two part feature:

a) perks will increase handling and accuracy. The more experienced you are, the faster you can handle your weapon and the better your technique. This makes sense with perks.

b) Mods (receivers mainly) will change things like increased firing speeds, semi-auto/full-auto/select-fire ability, or ammo conversions.

6) Player and NPC deal more damage - I probably wouldn't add this with this mod since one like it already exists, but I would highly recommend people use it in conjunction with this.
