Predator Mod Problem: why dosent the vision button work?

I have only gotton the Night vision button to work so far in the awsome predator mod but now i cant get these things to work

 

Spinning reticle: not spinning? is that normal?

Other Visions(V button): this one hasent worked since I have installed the mod

 

for my shader folder it has the mods and the default

 

every other folder is just for the predator mod

 

I used the OBSE and other required mods with OBMM aka oblivion mod manager

 

if you know what i did wrong please let me know i would like the full predator vision set to work and is it possable to configure the controlls for the zooming in and out?
