After much reading and research I think I figured it out. In this instance of the APPCRASH Locale ID 3081 refers to that lovely file ArchieveInvalidation.

In other words one or more mods that require ArchiveInvalidation need to be checked and re-installed correctly.

For players noob & old I suggest you READ the install instructions.
