Murielkai
I'm going through and switching my Fallout 3 game over to Mod Organizer and noticed I didn't have a bashed patch, just a merged patch for Fallout 3. The Wrye Flash page on Nexus says the updated version is being hosted on the Skyrim/Oblivion pages now so I assume I should be using Wrye Bash for Fallout 3 but... I forget, do I even need to make a bashed patch for Fallout 3? Or should I just stick with my merged patches?
Deleted21304489User
I make a bashed patch, as it merges certain mods together, freeing up more mod slots. It decreases the load order. Plus making a bash patch makes certain that information between mods is put together... where as a merged patch is not always successful in doing this. This is what I've read anyway. Works for me. It freed up 20 mod slots for me, making my load order slimmed down and that's always a good thing.
