The hardcore environment mod idea.

(part 1) scripted luck based trap system for various containers. For example you open said desk and your luck is very low, said desk has a script that places a mine under your feet. This script should only function one time chance for that container.

(Part 2) While on the other hand i think all the ammo containers should be explode-able if damaged via gunshot or nades. While barrels of toxins should explode if similar situations occur with radioactive fallout under similar circumstances.

(Part 3) Scripted trapped locked doors, For example you unlock said door, it triggers a script that activates enemy spawns that were not there under normal circumstances. Again I believe this should be based on luck.

(Part 4) Scripted computer kiosks, When hacking a terminal most people tend to tab out if they are about to be locked out of the terminal. I feel that it should have a scripted chance based on luck for each time a person uses tab to escape a terminal hack failure. When its activated it should spawn some hostile robco security bots.

(Part 5) Scripted stim/blood packs. Dirty needles, Chance to catch a disease from the use of stimpacks and blood packs. Based on luck, you have a small chance to catch a disease that can only be cured via paying wasteland doctors to cure.

(part 6) Stat requirements to equip weapons and level requirements for equipping armors. So if a player has a low skill in say energy weapons you could use a laser pistol but not a laser rifle. so say you had the laser rifle in your gear, well you would not be able to equip it until your skill met the required stat to equip. This would not replace the already strength requirement that is already on the weapons. As the strength stat requirements help with steadying the sway when using cross-hairs or scopes in combat. While on the other end of things armor does not have a skill in the fallout game.... Thus I think each armor whether obtain at level one or level 50 should have a scripted level requirement to equip said armor. This would limit a player from acquiring and using end game gear until later in game.
