mystery crash/ freeze

hiya, i having a problem with entering Tenpenny Tower. for some reason FO3 keeps crashing and/ freezing when i try to enter through the front door..... this only happens at Tenenny tower. ive tried removing all mods to do with tenpenny tower (which didnt help) and have used FO3edit and checked for clashes but FO3edit could'nt find any.....advice pls? Thx

Those are your problems. did you make a copy of fo3edit and rename it fo3masterupdate run that then make your merged patch? Do you use boss to rearrange your load order. ( the mod sorter in FOMM is a little buggy.

 

The lings store is whats causing it for sure. put the lings esps last in your load order ( esm at the bottom of the esms, esp's towards the bottom of the list ).
