AmonLau
I don't know what caused this but I have this Red Cube thing by the Kaer Trolde bridge, not sure what would cause this...By any chance has anyone run into it? And a closer look at it:
Aurielius
Do you have texture replacers in force? Other than that this one is new to me.

If you are going the HD route then your video card needs a generous amount of VRAM otherwise there will be issues. There is also a limit of how many texture mods that the game can handle....though a lack of general consensus of just how many it takes to cause issues, the range is between one and three dozen ( my personal view is about two dozen). The glitches post de-install of the mod may already be baked into your save, try a pre-moded game save.

Also I went to a older save and lo and behold it's still there! on saves from 1.6....So yeah it's still there, ah well that's the only place I've seen one of 'em so no biggy for me...
