BlackSampleAdmin Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 hi. i don't know if this is where i am supposed to post this but here i go. ok the last two days i wanted to play fallout but i got this feeling its getting boring. so i connected a pc controller and it does not work so i googled and the only way i can play with a controller is with a xbox 360 controller but i don't have and hardware to connect my wireless controller and i don't have any experience in creating a connection on pc. so how can i connect my pc controller to FNV? and if its not possible how can i do it with a 360 controller without the gear. pleas answer i will give kudos to the working answer thanks.
Qualanqui Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 I'm pretty sure it's called "MotioninJoy" or "DS3 Tool" google those cos I can't remember exactly, haven't used it since I started using nVamp. But that program has an option within it to allow you to install your controller as a 360 controller

I don't know about wireless 360 controllers, but I can state for a fact that normal 360 controllers with wire work for on PC with Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.Matter of fact I have never played any of these games on PC with keyboard (except when I shoot music videos for it for you-tube).I would just purchase a wire 360 controller, plug it into the USB port of your computer and then launch FNV and it should work 100% because it does for me on every computer and laptop I have played any Fallout (F3 and FNV) game on.Your PC should recognize the controller right from the start when its plugged into the USB port.Other then that as far as wirless is concerned, I can't provide any help for that unfortunately.
