Weapon Mods in Vendor Lists

Would it be possible to add more weapon mods into the leveled lists of vendors? A lot of weapon vendors have no mods to sell you, and Arturo even claims to have many, but lo and behold, he has none. I just think this would be really neat to the character that avoids taking crafting perks, whether it be for roleplay reasons, or because one simply can't justify taking it by not having much use for it. But everyone needs modded weapons at a certain point.

 

Not sure if this is also possible yet without the C.K., but it would be nice to see if it's possible to have merchants sell only standard versions of weapons, which would also pair along well with the above mentioned idea. I look forward to a positive response.

I'd like to bring this back into the foreground as I am really interested in such a mod, too.

And now with the CK release it might be just a thing of a couple minutes to put weapon mods into vendor leveled lists.
