Umbrella Corporation Armor + More? (No Retex)

I was thinking of a Mod (and i know it is slim at best if any modder looks at this). that adds in The Resident Evil 2 Umbrella Security Service, and some of their Armaments. The Picture below is what the USS looked like in RE2. a Possible help. might be finding the Mod for GMOD and redoing it a bit for F:NV? I dont know if its possible, since i have the Modding Knowledge of a Beluga. Anyway, i seen a Mod that adds "umbrella" Armors into the game, and disliked it, because it was retextures of Several ingame things, like the Enclave Advanced Power Armor, which i REALLY disliked because Umbrella didn't Dress in anything NEAR that. But. I'm just REALLY picky when it comes to Mods. Now, for the Possible Weapons:

1: G36k Assault Rifle

2: MP5n

3: FN FAL (possible FAL paratrooper?)

 

But, I'm not looking for a retex. as i want to look exactly like the RE2 USS. but a Possible Extra Armor could be the Black Storm Guard From Resident Evil: Retribution (Just Google Image Search "Resident Evil Retribution Black Storm Guard)

 

Also, because i'm trying to be Space Effective. If any Modder could make a Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard, Kasrkin, and Death Korps of Krieg Armor Mod? that isn't a Retex, Total Game Overhaul or needs to be Downloaded by Mirror. That'd be Awesome! There are Warhammer Mods here. But the only GOOD one is Downloaded by Mirror, and that really irks me. because i don't want a total Conversion Mod. Just the Armor and Weapons his pack offered.
