Cannot build Trade Posts any more

Anyone? There are some mods which can cause trade post construction to be disabled. I read that in the bugs of some, without taking enough heed to remember which one.

 

I thought it was to be without trade posts, but I disabled one last s and b mod and it worked. I can make Trade posts. Thanks. Local Leader still looks glitched. I'll try and recall the mod the installed early to unlock the trade posts more quickly. It was pre-mod manager.

Yes, thanks for that. I like snap and build as it makes neat settlements so easy, I had the snap and build bunker (great) and trade posts, it was something later.
