hey guys i need assissance. i have quite a few mods installed, for being new to nexux mods at least. the problem im having is that when i have the mods enabled, and i get anywhere near primm or fast travel there the game CTD's. i Know the companion mods and weapon mods i am using are not the problem but i cant narrow it any further. can anyone help me figure out which mod specifically (or combination of mods, inncorrect load order etc) is causing this? i will provide a screenshot of my mod list. any help you guys could give would be awesome. i appreciate it in advance guys :)

This is usually due to a mod conflict. Are you using a mod manager such as NMM or Mod Organizer or Wrye Flash? You should. Your screen shot only shows which mods are enabled, not the "load order" which is determined by the date/time stamp on the files.

Also recommend LOOT, which sorts mods into optimal load order by changing their file date/time stamps so they work together. There is a difference between "install order" and "load order" which is important to understand. "Install Order" determines which files (later in the install order) will overwrite earlier installed files. There can be only one of each file installed that is in effect. This primarily affects static files such as textures and meshes (i.e. your weapon mods, LODs, etc.). "Load Order" determines which mod files win conflicts between mods, as the "last conflicting mod loaded wins". Such conflicts are "all or nothing" wins. LOOT is used to determine this.

There is a way to get individual records from different mods to work together, which requires creating a merged patch file. Wrye Flash does this by creating a "Bashed Patch" file which is a record oriented merge of conflicting mods rather than simply merging complete compatible mod files into a single merged file. I use Wrye Flash myself, but there are others who maintain that they get similar (but not as granular) results with MO, which is supposed to be easier to learn to use. However, the "Wrye Bash Pictorial Guide" is an illustrated guide that makes Wrye Bash easier to learn than the extensive ReadMe and applies to "Wrye Flash" as well. ("Wrye Flash" is merely a version of "Wrye Bash" for FNV. They are in the process of being merged.) NMM does not seem to have as much capability with managing load order, but I am not very familiar with it and might be wrong in that regard.

By the way, Wrye Flash has the ability to export your actual Load Order to a text file you can easily paste into the forum.
