Notorious Blurry Compass

Sometime after I started using mods for Fallout 3, the compass suddenly turned blurry between NE-N. It stayed no matter what I tried; uninstalling Fallout and mod and deleting everything didn't. Still blurry even with no mods. I was annoyed but it was ok because I figured this is just some mod problem. While installing mods (completly different than the first time mods) The blurred compass suddenly wasn't blurry but then when I saved and came back it was back to blurry. When I recently got New Vegas, the same problem happened in the same location (Ne- N)

 

How do I fix this?

If anybody has the same problem, I just figured out how to fix it. :wallbash:

 

What I did is: I switched to default settings for graphics (High) from Medium, turned off HDR, increased resolution, and...

 

Viola - no blurry compass. :rolleyes:
