Deadly Combat - Is it balanced??

I like the new features on paper but are the new attacks, critical hits, etc. balanced?? I would use this mod with OOO, any compatibility issues??

Also the mod adds a lot of features that seems like they could cause glitches and bugs, such as horseback combat, etc. Are there any noticeable bugs?? Thanks in advance!!

By the way I'd test the mod myself but my bandwidth is capped for the month (go go canada, meh), and downloading it would make me pay crazy $$$/mb.

I cannot comment on deadly reflex 6. I use DR5 and do not plan to upgrade. DR5 does not have horse combat. I find that DR5 in my game is very balanced and makes the game more difficult in many respects. If it is unbalanced it is more so in favor of the npc than the player. The exception to this is if you set the crit percent too high or you use a lot of sneaking to kill npcs. I set my crit percent to just below recommended values and I do not use the auto kills available while sneaking unless the npc is asleep.

I also use the add-on for timed block. Makes the game more difficult and favors the npc more. Also, it is fine to use with OOO or Fcom etc. It's readme should tell you what it is not compatible with
