Trying to find a mod

There was a mod for this that increased income from satellite coverage and how much meld you obtained, but I've been having difficulty locating it, anywhere know where it is?

I don't, but you can do it yourself.

 

You can use PatcherGUI from UPKUtils to enable ini loading. The option is in Tools submenu of the util.

 

Next edit DefaultGameCore.ini:
