Mod's Won't Enable

This problem is occuring in both Fallout 3 and New Vegas all of a sudden. Whenever I try to enable a mod in FOMM it will tell me that 'something bad has happened' and leaves a crashdump file in the fomm folder. When I try to enable them in Data Files, nothing will happen and as soon as I click OK, the boxes will just uncheck themselves. I've tried reinstalling mod manager, running as administrator and searched all over the internet for a solution but can't find anything. Please help :(
