Benefits: Healing Powder now has no Perception penalty and heals immediately, and Bitter Drink, also healing immediately, will heal twice as much as Stimpaks. They also no longer require any survival skill to make and you get the Bitter Drink Recipe right from the beginning, instead of having to complete "Lonesome Road" DLC main quest. Melee Weapons and Unarmed Weapons are 50% more effective. The perk "Fight The Power" is enhanced. Finally, it will unlock special Tribal based Safehouses across the wasteland that cant be unlocked otherwise. these Safehouses will be filled with various items useful to tribals, and you can use smoke signals to summon one of your companions right to you (I know, cliche).

Downsides: Stimpaks are 50% less effective. Guns are 25% less effective. Energy Weapons are 50% less effective. Explosives are 50% less effective. The perk "Sneering Imperialist" is unavailable to you.
