No console and screenshots?

Hey

 

I've played Oblivion for a long time now. I made good use of the console and made lots of screenshots. Everything was fine until about a month ago. I tried to open my console, with the usual [`] button, but nothing happened! I've pushed every other key on my keyboard, and still no console.

 

Then I tried to take a screenshot, but that also wasn't possible. So, I've checked my data, and it said allowscreenshot=1 and allowconsole=1. I deleted the mods I had running, but still no console. I reinstalled Oblivion, nothing. So I had to use my flawless plan of total destruction (I uninstalled Oblivion and all related files, including my saves :wacko: )

 

and NOTHING, NO CONSOLE, NO SCREENSHOTS! I rechecked the data, but everything there was fine.

 

What can I do about this? I want to make screenshots and use the console! Please help!

What sort of keyboard are you using?

Just the same QWERTY-Keyboard I've allways used

 

EDIT:

 

I just found out the screenshots were blocked by anti-alialysing (or something like that), so I turned it of.

 

EDIT 2:

 

Problem with the console is also solved. The problem was with the remote controll receiver of Windows media center.

 

Still, Both anti-allialysing (or something like that) and the receiver where active for months while I used the console and took screenshots. I wonder what happened to change that?
