2 bugs with FCOM

I got a complete and perfect FCOM installation, no other mods are installed on top of it

 

 

But i got 2 glitches: first the fishes spawn sometimes on land, i got OOO-fishspawns from OOO 1.34b5 and MMM diverse waterlife from mmm 3.7b3, as most guide suggest, how can solve this problem?

 

 

Second: horses are damn badasses, aggressive... they chease me like the headless dark knights from the lord of the ring. I know this is probably related to Slofs Horses Complete.esp (which is considered a "safe" plugin from MMM), what should i do? remove it or use a fix/patch if there is any?

I've seen the "fish on land" happening with just an OOO install, so it's a glitch in the OOO waterlife file someplace I think. But then, I've once seen a slaughterfish on land in vanilla Oblivion, so it may be a game bug which OOO makes more obvious by adding many more fish.

Did you BOSS your load order? You should also remove any plugins you're not using from the Data folder, if there are any. Make sure that all mergeable plugins and plugins tagged Deactivate, Filter, and/or NoMerge are deactivated in your load order. The mod checker in Wrye Bash will tell you which ones to deactivate.
