Allow NPCs to miss in combat

is it possible for a modder to allow NPCs to "miss" in combat? I mean, When they execute power attacks they seem to sort of home to you. It's almost impossible for you to not take damage if you don't move completely out of range. I suggest that a mod should remove the abilities of npcs to change direction after they start a power attack.

 

NPCs are also far too accurate with ranged attacks, but that might be hard to change.

They miss by you moving out of the way, or by you blocking their attack. They are bound by the same rules that you are, there are no chance rolls, it is all about positioning. This cannot be changed, learn how to avoid being hit, or protect yourself from the damage that goes with it. In all actuallity, the NPCs aim sucks, don't know how many times I've seen people hit their own teammates instead of their target.
