CM Partners Problem

OK so I'm back

I have loaded CM partner basic and have Nescha and a couple of companions based on her. They work fairly well. But I have discovered That every time I load a new CM companion/partner I get a CDT when I activate them. Below is my current mod list

Woah, huge modlist in the picture. Try BOSS (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516), post your whole list (you can get Wrye Bash to format it for this forum) I'm not familiar with a lot of those mods. But if you post the whole list it would help. My guess would be that CM isn't having a problem, it could be another mod. So if you've already run BOSS or BOSS doesn't fix it try putting CM closet to the bottom, or even last. Unless you have mods that specifically say to load last.

But do this after posting your list. The longer your list is up the better change you will have people looking at it.

I see you have CM partners loaded in your OMOD list but your list of actual esp/esm's that are loaded does not contain "CM Partners.esm" or "CM Partners.esp". Neeshka is not a CM Partner nor are the companions based on her. For an actual CM Partner to work you will need to make sure you have the esm and esp for CM Partners I just mentioned. You may want to re-install the CM Partners Basic omod and make sure the esm and esp are actually installed to your data folder.

OK thanks for the replies. I have never been able to get wrye bash to work. I'll look into it. I'll reinstall the CM Partners Mod and make sure the files load properly. I'll let everyone know what I find. Thamks Again

Also, don't forget that the CM partners is very script intensive and can be taxing on the game itself. For instance, if you enter into an area that is using or utilizing multiple mods (mostly script intensive ones or mods that require a large load of data) your FPS is sure to slow, leading to possible CDT. If you are EXTREMELY experienced at advanced installation methods I would suggest Wyre Bash, however you may want to look into BOSS (as was mentioned above) to solve the fact that you have so many esp's loading on startup alone.

Thanks again for the replies. I reinstalled CM Basic manually and everything is working fine now. I use BOSS and have Wrye Bash installed, But I haven't learned how to use it yet.It there for when I do, if I can ever find the time, lol. So doing bash patches is kinda out for now. Thanks

OK thanks for the replies. I have never been able to get wrye bash to work.

 

Try uninstalling any python or program that Wrye Bash needs, install the latest WryePython, then Wrye Bash. I've had the same problem.

Don't touch anything in the black outline. Wrye Bash is pretty good at detecting what you have as for mods.
