(Modding Help/Request) Help with hiding Shadow and Oblivion helmet models.

They're fugly, need I say more. I've read how to swap models, but not how to hide them. If anyone could give me some pointers I'd be happy to do it myself, but if someone would be kind enough to hide those helmets for me that would be awesome :smile:

I totally agree with you, and have started a similar topic. (It's not just the shadow and oblivion helmets I don't like, but whatever.) Anyway, Moutona2pis linked me to here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3743350-request-model-swapping-for-dummies/ It's for changing weapons and I'm too pansy to try it for armours, but there should be everything you need to know there. On the Reddit page, I think there's some actual stuff on swapping armours, but I've not had a massively detailed look.

Cheers for the reply, I've checked out that thread and it helped me swap out the model of the Framae Blades :)

Well, if what you want to do is hide, you could always change the textures into full transparent ones. I know I've done it several times, like hiding the skirt part of the dark lorica.
