LW 1.0 Ironman Save Crash

I cant load my iroman save-file. Thet game keeps crashing. The mission is an Exalt Extraction one.

Please help me as I am very desperate as I am pretty far in the campaign :sad:

edit: Re-installing the mod doesnt help solve the problem ....
