Dontino
Do you see the NPC it's supposed to be pointing at in the world, or is the NPC also nowhere to be found (you made the packaging, you should know where he should be and when (could temportarily change their package conditions to be broken so that they will stay in the same spot all the time) ). If the NPC isn't activated, or dead, it would cause the marker to point to a spot where the NPC last was. Try disabling the mod, autosaving, then enabling the mod and loading from that save. Well, I did the re and de activating the mod thing, and it made the NPC(s) show up where they were placed, but after waiting (when they should travel from Bruma to the IC Palace) Their makers point to somewhere near the Red Rose River (I think that's the name) and they don't show up anywhere. They ARE agressive and evil and it's possible the Bruma gaurd killed them, but would that make the marker point to the wrong place? The compass messes up also, the markers on it don't point to the same place on the map. In fact, if you follow the marks on the compass you end up at the edge of the world. And goofy compass usually means that the NPC is somewhere not blatently reachable. Let's take a step back here... What exactly are you trying to do here? What purpose do the markers serve? What are the NPCs supposed to be doing? What is the player supposed to be doing to those NPCs? There may be problems with your approach, or this system of being able to track them down may not be right for this situation.

The NPCs are supposed to run between Bruma and the IC Palace. The player is supposed to avoid/kill them.Oh and:-They are set to always run-There are 20 of them (turning that down even if it isn't the problem :S)-They have respawn-They have "Must Complete" in the packages. All the NPCs are actually placed in world and have unique, seperate, and persistant references right? Quest box is checked in NPC window? No low level processing is also checked? Try doing it on a much smaller scale in a new esp, using a single non-aggressive NPC from scratch. Maybe you'll come across where your mistake is in the process, or atleast reproduce it in a form that other people can look at.
